The brief
Security hardware is a considered purchase. Buyers compare, shortlist and ask questions before they commit. AW Security had the products and the reputation, but no online store at all: every sale started with a conversation, and every customer who wanted to compare options had to do it manually.
The brief was direct: give buyers everything they need to say yes on their own, and keep the phone close for the ones who still want to talk before they pay.
Half of security buyers still want to talk before they pay. The store's job is to get them ready to talk.
What we built
The store gives shoppers a clean product catalog with real photography, keyless-entry specs written in plain language, prices in PKR with no surprises, and a cart that doesn't get in the way.
- Product catalog with a scrollable hero row and specs that answer real questions
- Full cart flow, from product page to checkout, priced in PKR
- Phone number one tap away on every screen
- Trust signals throughout: testimonials and contact built into the flow
Racks, cabling and network infrastructure, built by the same team that builds the software.
The infrastructure behind it
A store is only as reliable as what it runs on. The same team that builds this site also builds the server rooms, racks and networks behind it. So when we say the store stays up on sale days, that's not hope. It's plumbing we installed ourselves.
Scope call
One call, plain language: what the store sells, who buys it, and what it must do. Written down as a scope both sides sign off.
Design & content
Layout, photography and copy built around the buyer's decision: specs and trust.
Build
Mobile-first development, catalog and cart wired in, pages kept light for 4G.
Test on real phones
Every flow tested on actual Android handsets on mobile data, the way customers actually arrive.
Launch, handover & support
Store goes live, credentials and documentation handed over, and the team stays reachable.
Outcome
The security store now gives buyers a real catalog with prices instead of a "call us" dead end. The client owns the site, credentials and all, with infrastructure behind it that we control end to end.
What it means for your business
If your products are selling through phone calls and price lists, this is what changes it: a written scope, a build that respects the phone in your customer's hand, and a team that tests before it launches. The same process is ready for your business, whatever you sell.
