Industrial evaporative cooling units with ducting on a factory wall

Evaporative cooling units and ducting on the facility wall.

The brief

Industrial cooling is usually bought twice: once when it is installed, and again every month on the electricity bill. The client's facility needed cooling that could hold temperatures across the floor without inflating energy use, as part of a broader net-zero programme.

Our approach starts with measurement: actual bills, actual loads, actual airflow paths. Equipment is selected after the numbers are known, not before.

A net-zero claim you cannot trace to a meter is just a slogan.

What was delivered

  • Evaporative cooling capacity sized against the facility's real heat load
  • Ducting routed and installed across the facility for even distribution
  • Installation integrated with the plant's existing operations, with minimal disruption to production
  • Performance measured against the client's actual energy bills

How we worked

Survey, calculation, documentation, installation, then verification. The same written-scope discipline our software clients see comes from this side of the business, and it exists because industrial work punishes guessing.

Outcome

Cooling delivered across the facility as part of an active net-zero programme, with the numbers to back the claim.
