The brief
A production line that runs continuously can't afford a weak station. The cooling and wrapping stage had to be automated end to end: consistent cooling, consistent wrapping, and safety systems that protect the people working around the line.
This is our home ground. The same firm that builds websites and ERPs also designs, installs and commissions systems on factory floors, so the brief was discussed in the language both sides actually use: what the station must do, what stops it from doing it, and who carries responsibility for each part.
Automation is not about removing people. It is about removing variation.
