Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineer with at least 12 years of
expertise in engineering, ideally within the fields of mechanical, electrical, or civil
engineering. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical consulting, with a
proven record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Those with a track
record of successfully onboarding new clients through established connections will be
given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting services in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective
clients. - Identify, target, and successfully onboard new clients based on personal
connections within the industry. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements and
expectations are met. - Contribute to business growth by leveraging professional networks and
connections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field
(Master’s preferred). - Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on consulting and
client relations. - Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture client relationships, with a portfolio of
clients in any of the relevant industries. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- A proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
